The Engineering and Technical Committee (ETC) of the Memphis MPO is responsible for advising and assisting the TPB on matters of planning and engineering. The Memphis MPO Coordinator is the Chairperson for the ETC and the membership includes local jurisdiction engineers, planners or other designated person who are responsible for planning or implementation of transportation projects within each jurisdiction.
